Attention all pet owners, please please please stay away from this clinic!!! I adopted a kitten (she was less than 3 months old), found this clinic based on Petsmart recommendation's. I did all her initial examinations there, and my kitten was perfectly healthy. Took her to get Spaded 4 ago at this clinic (she was 10 months old), post surgery she was OK, they gave me 3 days antibiotics with anti-inflammatory fluids. She was fine the first day, but passed away 2 days later( I was out for a few hours), I came home and discovered her lifeless. I called the clinic the same day, they said they were sorry and ask to bring her to do an autopsy, but I refused because it is too painful for me and my husband to do more test on her dead little body, and just wanted her to rest in peace. We are still in shock and can't believe this had happened to a perfectly healthy kitten with all signs of life. The staff is friendly, but that's not going to bring my baby back! For all those who are reading this, please stay away from this clinic!!! Whoever did the surgery is incompetent, and should not be practicing in this field. Don't trust your pet to this doctor, he is extremely lucky that I did not sue him, as we just want to leave this behind us!

Not Impressed. Very pricey and a lot of unnecessary treatments and test. Nothing is ever a simple fix. The vet doesn't even seem to like animals... I like the rest of the staff and feel bad that they are stuck with this guy:( Last year they made me sign a waver because I told them I didn't want to treat the dog for something it didn't have, and was on preventative treament for, "just in case". My dogs have all their shots and are VERY well taken care of (ie indoors all day, fenced in yard to play in, premium food, with lots of love, walks, and play. Even bought a king bed so there was enough room for them). Even still, this guy makes me feel cheap! Recently I took my dog in for a hot spot on his leg. He was due for his shots anyway so I figured "I'll give this clinic one more shot". My dog has never had anything like this before but pyr's have sensitive skin and are prone to dry skin irritation. We heat with a natural gas furnace and its winter... People should know, the second you walk through the door with your dog it cost $67 for a mandatory consultation. I figured the dog needed antibiotics but he is in minimal discomfort. The diagnosis: 1. He is likely allergic to his food (that he has eaten for years, and needs to be on the vet brand hypoallergenic food$$$. (i said no to this and was frowned at...) 2. He requires 10 days of antibiotics ($57) -OK I figured that... 3. The spot need to be wiped with antiseptic twice a day ($14) -OK, that makes sense 4. Because there is no way to know for sure what he is allergic to we need to give him Prednisone from now till the end of summer, every year, forever...(first weeks worth $35) -WTF 5. Because he is on antibiotics I need to come back in a week for his shots that are due (another $67 to walk through the door plus the cost of shots) 6. Lets not forget my other healthy dog (its time to shell out $67 again to walk HER through the door, get her $hots) 7. Don't forget 6 months of large breed advantix for 2 dog$. In the end I paid $195 for the visit, antibiotics, 1 weeks worth of prednisone, and 120ml bottle of antiseptic. That price alone would have been fine, but lets not forget everything he told me I HAD to do: Vet brand dog food, 6 month of allergy meds (every year), and the extra visit. In my opinion hes taking advantage of people who love their pets. Seems more interested in the money than doing whats right for the animal. I wont be doing the followup with him in a week. Someone else will get my business from now on.

I always ask for a guestimate about how much they are going to charge me and it is always wrong. Not uncommon for an appointment to cost 50 - 100 more than they said it would. I took my new puppy in because he sounded rattle-y in his chest. The vet took his temp and he didn't have a fever. He was bright and active but they suggested I should take him in for an x-ray. I refused because why would my puppy need an x-ray if he doesn't have a fever and he is active. They charged me around 75$ for a 10 minute consultation. I went to another vet that week (who did not charge me for the visit because my puppy got his shots) and he said my puppy probably just snuffled up some water out of his dish. No x-rays needed.
