I have been seeing Dr Tara for about 5 years now.  I started treatment during one of my pregnancies for hip and pelvic pain.  She not only helped with the pain but gave great support throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period including making a house call while I was in labor.  I continue to see her regularly for continued wellness and my children love to be adjusted as well.

I have been with Dr. Tara for nearly 8 years. I started seeing Dr. Tara for persistent migranes but not only did Dr. Tara help relieve those awful episodws, she helped navigate me through the very real stresses of highschool. 

I struggled with staying awake and being able to concentrate, with frequent, regular adjustments I noticed a complete change. I was able to get through my day migranes free and without coffee! 

8 years later I know who has my back! ;)

I have enjoyed chiropractic care with Dr. Tara since 2011 and through both of my pregnancies.  With regular chiropractic care I have more energy, less pain, increased immune strength and a greater sense of wellbeing.  I sleep better and my sinuses and digestion improves.  I have noticed also that I handle stress better and  feel less stressed.  My immune system is better and I experience fewer colds in the winter season.  I love going to my appointments at Hatboro Family Wellness.  It is one of the places I can really relax.

I came to Dr. Tara because of severe hip pain during pregnancy.  I was just hoping for a little improvement in my pain and less reliance on Tylenol.  After my first adjustment, I was completely pain-free and continued to be pain-free for the remainder of my pregnancy.  I had a fast and relatively easy labor and delivery, and I believe it was due to receiving regular adjustments throughout my pregnancy.  I definitely recommend chiropractic care during pregnancy.

Dr. Tara is a wonderful chiropractor. She is gentle yet effective. She is very health conscious and encourages her patients to eat well and avoid stress. The office is super friendly and it is a pleasure to go there for my adjustments.
