The doctors are great, but customer service is terrible... I was trying to switch my son over since my daughter is already a patient and I had gotten his records ahead of time from his old doctor hoping I could get his vaccines at his yearly check up with this doctor. They refused to see him until he got his vaccines and I explained to them he doesn’t have a doctor currently and they told me they can’t help me and wouldn’t even give me any information on where I can get him vaccinated .. the lady didn’t know what she was talking about because she mentioned about going to the county to get it done and when I asked her for a phone number or some info she said she doesn’t know and couldn’t even give me the name.. just pretty much said oh well you’re out of luck we can’t see him. I’m furious and have never heard of this policy in my life.And the icing on the cake is when she was so quick to say they don’t accept our insurance, but they obviously do because my daughter goes there.

So, we love Dr. Coren. She has been treating my daughter since she was born nine years ago (except for maybe one year in the middle there) and I appreciate her so much. She is a fantastic pediatrician. When we learned that she opened Hatboro Pediatrics I was thrilled and Drive a little further for the practice. So worth it.  I have never had a negative experience there. The doctors and staff are attentive and kind. It's no surprise that the practice is growing so wonderfully :) I hope that they keep focus on what makes them great as they expand.

Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We just left Hatboro Pediatrics. I had to leave a review. My son has been going there for 3 years . We love them!! Staff and all the doctors are fantastic. There are no stupid questions. I have asked a million being first time mom. They are warm, welcoming and  highly knowledgeable .   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wanted to bring my kids to this office, but their scheduling policies made it very difficult to do so. They repeatedly stated that they cannot make appointments until they receive the children's medical records. After moving to the area and having difficulty obtaining the records, I finally got the immunization records faxed in hopes that I could schedule an appt to get routine vaccines administered. They still refused to make the appt. My 4 month old is a healthy baby boy and I told them I'd bring the full records to the appt. They still refused. I'll be taking my children elsewhere, as they are hindering medical care and indirectly promoting being late with vaccination schedules with their unreasonable policy.
