Story

Hattie Sherwood Campground, located in beautiful Green Lake Wisconsin, is open May 1st-October 15th. The tranquil woodland setting has 38 sites and modern restrooms with showers.

Electric hook-up (20-50 AMP) is available on some sites as well as tent only sites. Hattie Sherwood offers firewood for sale, access to potable water, a boat launch, and a dump station.

Recreation activities include a sandy swim beach, playground, fishing, hiking, and enjoying the beautiful lake views! Green Lake is Wisconsin's deepest inland lake.

Don't believe the lady on the phone when she says, "sure you can fit your 33' fifth wheel on site 23!" Also, bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep since you can hear your neighbors every sound.  Sites are too close together, mosquitos are quite bad, especially in the early evening! Not the best camping experience we've had.  It's nice for lake access, though.

I have friends that come up every year ( spring to fall) Just love Green Lake...Meting new people while camping here...Always something to do...

Nice quiet place across from nice swimming area. Close to town.

Disappointed this year, some improvements have been made but the grass hadn't been cut in a while and the mosquitos were terrible.
