Fantastic German food! Took my German parents here and they agreed to it's authenticity! My mom has always cooked German dishes for my family and even she was envious of the food. Would highly recommend if looking for authentic German food. Wienerschnitzel was excellent, as well as the lentil soup. A little pricey but will definitely return! Nice comfy relaxing environment showcasing German art, newspapers, and memorabilia. Monthly specials are a must try

German food just doesn't get done halfway. When a place does German good around here, they commit, and this is no exception. Deliciously authentic and actually affordable! Got a German cold cut sandwich for lunch, and it was great!

Very homey, seated immediately,full house on a week night. Warm,fresh bread brought quickly with real butter,yeah! Along with a German? Salad, I wasn't too crazy about it, but I've never had it. From what I could tell, it was very authentic German food as well as the beer! Huge servings, the menu was very clear, stating what the dish was,what was in it, how it tasted, ie, creamy, buttery, sour,sweet,etc. The desert menu looked great, but we were too full! I took 1/2 of my dinner home! Friendly staff, cookoo clocks, made me feel like I was back home in Wisconsin! Will return!

Good selection of hard to find authentic German cuisine items, excellent prices on some authentic imported beers. Disappointing to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled closing at 2 PM and finding the door locked, however. Also, some prices are higher than the same items elsewhere.

Pork Schnitzel sub was great, German potato salad on the side made a grand meal. We had the apple strudel for dessert share one it's huge. Top this off with great service and good beer.
