I went to Cuba flying with Havana Air, they charged me $ 27 dollars for printing the ticket which I couldn't believe, including 5 % for using a credit card, they billed $ 680 dollars for my luggage including 5% for using a credit card, and $ 120 for carrying a TV which got there with the screen totally cracked, no they say they are not responsible for that. I went to the  place  the  guy Richard didn't even looked at me and referred me to to a lost and found agency, which after calling told me they  couldn't do anything because anything was nor list neither found. This is amazing. TOTAL THIEVES HAVANA AIR.

They were on time, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The staff is super friendly and very professional. A great company to do business with. I will definitely travel with them in the future!

Yes they are whatever you want to say . 
Why to treat a human being , that horrible way . Why those high taxes ??? We are human , we need to be week treated , the workers of the airport , need space too , the bellboy example, works like an animal poor guy
The lady of the airport isn't a lady , she works , because she needs to work , not good costumer service , why Cuban are like that , Castro made them really bad , no manners , no education and no good to work with costumer service never ever

This place is horrible they lost my mothers papers they had no response into why they gave us just her passport torn apart the receptionist is very unprofessional .. the owner is also very unprofessional his response to use after two years was is not my problem .. i would def not recommend this place.

A horrible experience. From the start! The even charge you for the carry on, and purse! The service was disgusting. Planes delayed up to 6 hours from Havana. Not organized! Do not waste your money on them. The worst ever!!!!
