Excellent service and a good value for me..Craig the owner, operator, and mechanic is very good at what he does..He helped me out huge..I'm on a bicycle tour and he really paid attention to what I needed to keep me on the road safely..I see he is a professional road bike guy and has won many races In his field.I highly recommend Havasu bike shop of lake Havasu Arizona. Thank you to Ralph his second hand man mechanic, he is Knowledgeable, provided good service and knows the business..Thank you Craig for being there for me...I will definitely be back to purchase my next road touring bicycle.

I don't have experience purchasing a bike from this retailer. However, I was attending a street fair with my family and our BOB stroller sprung a flat. I walked in and explained my situation and was offered a manual pump to pump it back up. Unfortunately, the tube was shot. Quickly the clerk was helpful in replacing the tub and did all the labor himself. He was very friendly and informational. He didn't even charge me labor, just the few bucks for a tube. I look forward to purchasing a bike from this shop in the future.

I took my 2012 Giant Talon 29R for Service. Craig is an extremely qualified and knowledgeable Grant Technician and I'm completely pleased with the upgrades He recommended. I replaced the stretched out chain, upgraded to tubeless off road tires and had the rest of bike tuned and also had my set of hybrid road tires trued and adjusted correctly to the derailleur. I had gear slippage when I swapped tires. 
I've racked up over 50 miles of dirt and road in the week that I picked it up and it has instilled a lot more confidence having the correct equipment and work done on the bike. Yaaa!

Wouldn't recommend. Prices are very high, wasn't treated well on a potential sale. There are other places to go both in and out of town
