Was camping and my dog was sick needed a place to get her in right away and they did, they where great people care for my baby

This place is run more like a retail business than an animal hospital. Forcing you to pay for unecessary services (aka we have to send this sample to MSU for $150, optional but they wouldn't say so) trying to double charge for services rendered, asked if our dog was neutered after the 3rd visit, lack of care, avoid this place. Took our dog to another vet after 4 visits they figured the problem out right away.

Absolutely amazing staff! Got my girlfriends dog in within the hour because she wasn't using her leg. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to care for her dog.

I will only bring my dog to Dr bytwerk. We have been going for 7 years and trust her. She has been very helpful with my dogs needs and she works with our costs
