Only accepting cash with very little signage (a piece of computer paper taped to an outside glass surface)! I think more effort could be made to alert customers who are waiting 40mins in line that the credit/debit system isn't working! Other than that, good store, good prices and selection. I'll be back, but I'm still pretty irritated about my experience today.

Pretty cheap and a good selection; also a good place to sell textbooks back, gets them off your shelves and lets you make some money. Don’t always have all the books you require, however, and can be very crowded at the start of the year especially.

This store is not only ridiculously organized and prepared every single semester, they have 90% the books profs want, they are super clean store despite the high amount of traffic, long lines that actually move efficiently, and overly helpful staff. 

Every semester I can count on being greeted by a staff member with a smile and aid in finding books if need be. 

Thank you to those directly and ibdirectly who make haven, haven....See you next semester!
