Beautiful trails... wide and well maintained.  Diverse scenery with woods, prairie, streams and ponds. Helpful staff in the nature center. Would be perfect for a walk with children.

acres of woods, prairie and a small conifer forest. 3 ponds to filter and clean runoff. plenty of wildlife. many bird, duck, deer as well as a muskrat lodge I found beside the 3rd pond. well maintained trails.

Best place to spend your time in the north side of Milwaukee and not get jumped, it's a truly excellent place to visit. There are trails that are surrounded by trees which in fall would be a true sight to see. Once the sun starts to settle down you can see the orange, red looking sky as the fireflies start to come out and shine. Would recommend for people who are just trying to escape the city life for awhile.

A beautiful sanctuary in the middle of the city -perfect for a short hike or an afternoon in nature.

Amazing place! Right in the city! Just wow. The rangers and guides are very knowledgeable, funny. We went for a fall foraging hike. There are walking and biking trails. Your kids and dogs will love it. Go!
