I was purchasing a portable building from a neighbor and needed moved to my property across the street. I contacted Hawk and was told that they can do it and to talk to their employee named Buddy. I talked to Buddy and was told to send him some pics of the shed to his personal phone. I sent him pics on 03/08/2018 and he responded by asking for the address, which I gave. I texted him the next day at 1046 asking if he can help with the move and that the neighbors just sold their home and will be closing within the month. He responded that he can, however he was currently out of the office for part of the day and he would contact me when he got in to schedule the date. He never contacted me. I texted him on 03/13/2018, to check in to see if he can get me scheduled. He made no response. I called the office later that morning and the secretary to me that he was out of office for the day. The next day I called and was transferred to his voicemail and left a message. He never returned the call. I called back later in the day and the secretary went to look for Buddy. She came back to the phone and said that she can’t find him but would relay that I’ve been attempting to contact him all day. To this day, March 16, I still have not heard from him. They just lost this customer. I may have to purchase a different shed since I lost out on that opportunity. I definitely would not use Hawk to purchase one if they can’t be professional enough to respond or return calls.

Hours/sign read open but no one there, voice mail full so couldn't leave message, when did catch em there very overpriced & not real friendly nor helpful

My husband and I had ordered our portable building from Hawk on Thursday March 10. Steve was having a 0% down special and it ended on April 1st. Our building was delivered this past weekend. Not exactly what we pictured, but we were okay with the building. Miguel calls us and states (after the 6 week period and the delivery of the building) that we have to put a down payment on our building. After all the time had past and delivery they now after 8 weeks they require a down pay payment we were told the special was 0% down. We were lied to and now are very dissatisfied. Hawk has very bad business and I will never recommend Hawk to a single person I know. They are very shady and very untrustworthy. Now we will be out money on the building they will not refund. Advise no one to do business with this company, save your money and go somewhere else, or save and build your own. I know I am. I actually rate a zero. But there isn't a zero.
