My grandparents Midge and Jane Hayborn used to own this airport. I would spend every single summer here when I was a little kid. We lived in Florida but were privileged enough to spend summers here with them. My favorite memories are sitting out on the black top and popping tar bubbles full of hot water, and taking walks with my grandma down the run way every evening and seeing the rabbits! So many core memories were made here. I used to sneak into the hangers and marvel at the airplanes or sneak into the tool room and play. They used to host Fly-ins where our family in Virginia would drive in and we'd  make tons of pancakes and sausage for everyone who would fly in and spend the day at the airport. It was truly something special. That was over 20 years ago. This place holds some truly special memories and a special place in my heart. I wish I could give my daughter the childhood I had here   Go check out thr photo section you will see photos I added! I was the little one!

Mark is super helpful and one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to aircraft.  I know any work he does is done right.

Mark helped my wife and I get a car and a hotel picked out when we landed here. Super nice people, nice runway and facility!
