Plant manager comes off as racist. Came in and started reassigning people to different positions without  any knowledge of our skills. Was told by the staffing company that I would work a certain schedule and he changed that too... Overall, I feel like the company lies to get you there and the plant manager has a "I can do whatever I want" attitude.

I USE TO WORK FOR THIS PLACE IN BRUCE,'MS AND IT WAS AN ALRIGHT JOB TO WORK AT. I WAS HIRED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO BUT GOT FIRED BECAUSE THE NIGHT SUPERVISOR ON THE PAINT LINE DO NOT LIKE ME!! I HAVE A FAMILY TO TAKE CARE OF AND PRIORITIES TO ACCOMPLISH!!! I DIDNT KNOW I HAD TO BE LIKE JUST TO DO A JOB BUT I GUESS SO, I THOUGHT AS LONG AS I COME TO WORK AND GET MY JOB DONE RIGHT EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY!! THATS CRAZY THAT I GOT FIRED BECAUSE MY SUPERVISOR DONT LIKE ME AND SHE LIED TO THE PLANT MANAGER AND SAID THAT I STAYED 17 MINS OVER MY BREAK!! BUT NOBODY SEEN THE VIDEO SMH!!
