Hawthorne is a fabulously run boutique! The ladies there are always so helpful and honest when trying new looks. They are always getting new pieces and showing lovely ways to rock them. Their customer service is above and beyond great. The new location is awesome because now they are carrying more items! My only complaint, and it's ever so minimal, is that I wish all of their clothing came in a little bit larger sizes too. Keep up the amazing job! Your outfit suggestions are inspiring for making my own look.

Ordered online from them on November 11. My card was charged that day for the purchase. A week later the item still hadn't shipped so had to email them to find out why. Excuses were made and was told item would be shipped the next day. 2 days later the item was actually dropped off to ship to me. When I did eventually receive the item I ordered 2 weeks later it wasn't what I thought so shipped it back to them. As the experience was bad trying to get the item in the first place I sent an email asking if they could confirm the item was received and when the refund would be issued. 3 days later still no response or refund. Looks like I'll have to pursue a refund through legal channels. Based on my experience I would be very cautious in placing online orders with this business. Terrible customer service and don't deliver on their promises.

Love this store! There is something new every time I go. The clothes are so cute! The jewelry is fun! Everything is so reasonably priced! I am always greeted with a friendly face. The staff always has ideas on how to mix and match outfits! I would highly recommend a visit!
