On my way into the station, I walked through a crowd of men who smelled strongly of marijuana and seemed to be up to no good. Then I was approached by a crying woman who told me that she hadn't gotten into a shelter for the night, and needed money for food or a bus ticket. Once inside, I was informed by a security officer that my bus was canceled, only to find out five minutes later from someone else that it was not canceled. I ultimately got where I needed to go, with my luggage safe and intact. I had a mixed experience.

Let me summarize my trip: the "best" restroom ever, people never get line, bus delayed, heat on bus didn't work, battery almost run out in the middle of the street, bus come back at 3:00am and security refused to open the doors let all the passengers outside when the weather was -12 degree. I strongly recommend every one to find other transportation instead the greyhound. Anyone who don't believe me can go ahead and give it a try.

If you can find other way or line to travel just do it. Am have to waiting for relatives for 5 hours delay and the s^/$#d people who answered the phone don't know a s#@$ about when they have a delay and if have a extra bus to you'll can reach you destination.

the women's restroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day. It stunk like fish and poop. 
really really gross you can smell the bloody pads and tampons that just been sitting in the trash can for only god knows how long. this was 1/1/ 2018  im posting this review right now as I'm waiting for my bus. I got videos on my snapchat and I posted pictures of the disgusting place. Watch out for the Chinese lady at front service desk named aiesha she's rude and acts like she don't like her job and her customer service is horrible. she acts like she don't want to help you and she started screaming at me in front of 100 people unprofessional. she needs to get fired.

i don’t know if my bus is late or if it left early, because one woman said it wasn’t here yet and another said it left on time. i got here ten minutes early and the first woman said it wasn’t here yet. 40 minutes go by, so i asked a gentleman if i missed my bus and he said i did, and that it was called and everything so essentially it’s my fault. i went to get my ticket time changed and two other women are fuming because they missed their bus too, because the same woman told them their bus wasn’t here yet. the woman who changed my ticket time was really rude about it and made it seem like i was inconveniencing her. its pretty inconvenient to be told your bus isn’t here when it most likely was when i talked to the first woman. if you’re gonna travel long distance it’s be better to just drive yourself, because this is complete bs. my boyfriend is dying in a hospital and i have to wait 7 hours i might not have to see him.
