This is The only station in CA that charges for air and water. Ive been driving for 10 years and have never been forced to pay. So I drove a few blocks south to a station that I didnt even get my gas from and the lady gladly turned it on for me. I will never stop at Valero again, I would normally fill up here each monday. But Im switching. How can you not help loyal customers when in need? Just Sad, Wished I could take back all the money ive spent here. But its their loss 800+$ in profits that they wont see simply because they wanted a loyal customer to pay even though its against the law. Its ok theres a cheaper and more friendly station about 3 blocks down that I would not have found if she would have just turned on the air. So in the long run she saved me money. Thanks.
