My first issue is that service department NEVER answers the phone so you have to play phone tag. We bought a house with an old oven that didn't work on broil. The tech immediately spotted unit was shorted out and said bake unit looked close to doing same so I had both replaced. Oven still wasn't baking right but we were headed for Alaska for a few weeks so it was two months later that I called. I was told that they would charge another $85 diagnostic fee because it had been more than 30 days. I was understanding. The tech came, said it was probably a thermostat and he would try to find one and charged me the $85. I NEVER heard back from them. I would understand if the part is unavailable but I should at least get a phone call telling me that. I wound up buying a new stove which cost a little more than what I had paid these folks over the past few months.

I have been using Haywood appliance for over 14 years, All of my personal appliances were supplied by Haywood. I have an older model wolf gourmet stove that needed parts that are hard to find. the tech never gave up and was able to find them. Making things even more difficult we live at 4180' on top of a mountain, in the winter it is hard to get there with out 4wd drive every week I received a call to ask if the roads were better, they never gave up. In late Feb both our schedules and weather worked and the part was installed. Our company uses them as well for our homes we build. Customer service has always exceeded expectations. In the building industry if a supplier is slow to react to an issue you move on to the next, I can say I have always had great service and support for over 14 years.

Horrible customer service. The parts lady Christy never answers the phone. They won't get anyone else to help u. Order what u need on Amazon and don't waste your time.
