We have worked with Philip Denny for 9 years.  He has done our business and personal tax returns.  In addition, Philip has been a great resource to use when factoring financial decisions.  I would highly recommend.

Prospective client BEWARE! First issue: my wife called and set an appointment for tax preparation with an individual that we were referred to. When we arrived at our scheduled appointment time we were told that the individual we scheduled with could not meet with us. We received no advanced notice or explanation. Second issue: As we were discussing the preparation of our taxes, I asked what the charge would be. We were told the charge would in the range of $250-$400, but from looking at the information we provided and the preparation required our charge "should" be somewhere in the middle of the range. Well, my math indicates that the middle of the range is $325. When we showed up to pay the bill the amount was $495. Again, my math indicates that the invoice is $170 more than where we "should" have been. When I asked why the bill was so much more than it "should" have been, the individual we originally met with explained the cost range had been misquoted and it must have taken more hours, blah, blah, blah.
