Very good in patient nursing care..thorough attentive friendly concerned..professional. ER nursing care not as good..young nurses w/poor attitude n dont know how to administer meds..no id band check..no asking me to state my name..administered 750 mg iv levaquin free flow over 30 min. That med n dose should be on an iv pump over 90 min. Never came back to check iv site or see if i had a reaction. Long waits to answer call bell..over 20 min..no excuse. That staff needs reeducation. I am an award winning retired rn from massachusetts...50 years at the bedside so i know what im talking about. God bless n have a good day. I actually wanted to give 4 star but the negetive er experience downgraded the stars to 3. Dont worry..im calling the patient n the supervisor
