Founder Jeff Wolfsons’ educational backround is in nutritional biochemistry so he understands the science behind the diet. He is a certified personal trainer through AFAA and an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine. He has been a personal trainer/coach and nutritional consultant for the past 19 years.
