Don't know what's going on with the bad reviews, my boyfriend and I had a lovely experience here. We both got exactly what we wanted. I have short, shoulder-length, thick hair that's curly in some spots, wavy in others, and stick-straight in other spors. I've had SO many salons butcher it. I got a great haircut here and loved it! They weren't overly pushy about selling their products, either, like some salons can be. I was shocked at how cheap the cut was ($36 for shampoo, cut, and style), because I felt it was really good quality. Definitely give them a try!

Kym is amazing! She cuts my whole family's hair and we've never had a problem. I recommend her for men's cuts, children, and women's cuts and color!!

Let me begin by saying that I never complain. Like...ever. I went in to Head Start today to cut my classic cut, parted on the side with a hard part cut in to a shorter style on the top. Teresa M. took me to her chair. 

I pointed out a botched hard part I had gotten about a month ago on the right side and clean on I still had on the left. I had gone to my preferred barber Saturday for a skin fade on the sides and just needed half the length cut on the top and blended into the fade I already had. I showed her a picture of me from 2 months ago of what I needed. 

Half way through my explanation, she stops me to go look at another stylists work. Rude. She comes back and acts as if she'd forgotten I was still explaining what I needed. She began parting my hair and the next thing I know, she had begun shaving my sides down to a 1 guard. 

My face said it all obviously.  She stopped and asked if I was ok. I muttered that I was because I knew then my fade was history. She haphazardly continued not ever paying attention to the mess even I knew she was making. At one point she even asked if my hair grew fast. I replied that it did. Her reply was, "Well, the sides will grow back in no time."

I remaimed collected and calm. She gave me product to try and fix it. That's when I noticed the entire right side of my hair was about 3/4 of an inch shorter than the left. Heck, I even tipped her because I was raised right. 

I drove home, trying to be positive, thinking I could fix it, my fiancee could fix it. But, I also realized she had shaved my head a half inch higher on one side as well...

I had to buzz my whole head down to a 1 guard. $20 down the drain, 30 minutes of my time wasted, and a buzzed head is all I have to show for it. My dog gets better grooming. 

In short... short, cocked, slanted styles are all Teresa M. can do. I won't be back.
