Horrible horrible hair cut! My 12 year old sister came in for a trim and the lady gave her a bob! Horrible hair cut, it doesn't look even and it looks like a 8 year cut her hair! We are so angry and disappointed! The lady did an awful job! Do not go here, please!

horrible!!! do not go to this hair salon!! i ask her specifically cut it at a length i want and she gave me a bob. Her face was red when she had cutted it. she knew we didnt like it. she was saying sarcastic words like yay new spring hair. Also she told me im not gonna cut it that short but guess what she did. horrible!

My best friend got her hair cut here and they totally messed it up! She asked to cut a few inches off and they cut her hair into a bob! Don't go here!!

I go in on a Monday morning, it's just me and one of the employees. I ask her about getting an eyebrow wax. She asked if I wanted just the middle done or all? That should have been a hint, but I decided to just go ahead and do it there. She has me lay in a chair at the hair washing stations, doesn't put a towel down under my neck, hint number 2! Then starts to apply the wax. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed hundreds of times and I've always had them brush my eyebrows first to shape them. Hint number 3. I wasn't paying attention when she waxed the same spot twice. I still have a blister from the burn. By this time another lady shows up for work, and the lady doing my brows asks how to get rid of the hairs on top. Seriously? The lady who just shows up explains that you don't wax the same spot twice, you use the brush to shape the eyebrows, and then you go from there. Omg. So the new girl finished them up for me and didn't charge me but I still won't be going back. Not to mention her hands reeked of cigarette. I don't care if you smoke. I don't, but you do what makes ya happy. At least if you are going to have your hands around my face after smoking you could at least WASH them. Awful salon.

I went into the salon on Friday the girl who cut my hair chastity was great but when I went back to get it colored chastity was cutting my daughter's hair so the mng did it she was talking about how she could just highlight and get close to the root but when she starting drying my hair I noticed it looked brassy and the root looked awful, when I said something, the mng slammed the hair color down and then told the other hair dresser to finish it she was very rude and unprofessional and I won't be back I'm not paying to do my hair and be treated like crap by a obnoxious no it all hair dresser.
