Extremely experienced staff with thorough knowledge in skin and hair.  They offer a great selection of services, its often  hard to choose, but I have never been disappointed.

I'm sad to say I had a bad experience at Head to Toe. My appointment was not put in the calendar but luckily there was one available 15 minutes after. After confirming the new time for my reservation with the woman at the front desk and checking in I waited for about 25 minutes. Unfortunately I was not actually checked in, and I wasn't able to get my full service. The woman who performed my service was wonderful and could not have been nicer! When she informed the front desk that I wasn't checked in, they were not appologetic and were even quite rude. Sad to say I won't be returning.

Even when I am in SC I will drive back home to my hometown of Wilmington to keep my stylist or have a message.  The prices are competitive, the desk staff is almost like family, and the professional services  make you fell amazingly beautiful OR completely pampered depending on the service you are receiving.  Their "add on" service at 50% off is a great savings too!

Update: Following my original review, I was contacted by the salon and received a full refund for my pedicure. I have a great deal of respect for an establishment willing to reach out to dissatisfied customers and offer compensation. For that reason, I am updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Please see the original 1-star review below.

Visited Head To Toe with a friend to scope out local salons for my wedding. We requested the same basic pedicure service. 
-Massage consisted of rubbing lotion on my feet. 
-Nails were not properly prepared.
-Nail Polish was applied poorly with paint applied over my cuticles.
-Friend was offered a drink, but I was not. When I requested water, I received a glass with lip smudges around the rim, which was quickly replaced with a Styrofoam cup while the other nail technician made snide remarks.
-My friend was charged $54 while I was mysteriously up charged to $58 with no explanation.
-Grossly overpriced for a poorly-done, basic pedicure. Huge waste of money. Embarrassing that Lumina Station hosts such an establishment.

I completely fell in love with this place. The employees were so very nice. 
I was given a Full session Swedish massage, by Lawrence, From two of my wonderful coworkers. Let me tell you what. That was the best massage, that I've had in a very long time. And I personally don't think anyone could do any better. Lawrence, went way out of his way, to make my first experience the best. Wonderful, Wonderful, Swedish massage. I was so relaxed, and didn't want to get up and leave. Thank you so much, for your wonderful service and making me feel so comfortable. You deserve way More than 5*'s!!!
