I really can't give this ER one star. I was treated very poorly and very disrespectfully as a patient . I am RN from Monterey and was visiting Healdsburg developed the worst migraine headache ever. My abortive Migraine med was not working , I was dizzy,nauseated and very afraid their was something very wrong with me. The nurses could not start an iv had very poor professional behavior and were substandard in abitity. The doctor was even worse ! She would not even call my neurologist to get my history . I was give medication for nausea and discharged . This was a horrible visit to an ER and my husband and I were afraid because of f the substandard care I received. Never go to this ER . Head for Kaiser. A

We had the best ER experience possible at this local hospital. We came in with a medical crisis, were seen immediately, and given excellent care by highly competent nurses and MD. Extra effort was made to provide comfort to the patient and to us as family ( warm blankets for all!) and the team coordinated beautifully with patient's home physicians and arranged for a smooth transfer by ambulance to our own hospital back in the South Bay. The ER was clean, quiet and privacy honored. We were treated with warmth and consideration. Wish all ERs could be like this.
