I came down with a terrible fever (including all the great symptoms you get with a fever) and decided to go to the clinic for emergency, they made me wait from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. After that the doctor saw me for 1 minute, didn't prescribe me anything, told me to go home and take tylenol. I don't think I need to be kept waiting for nearly 3 hours just for a doctor to tell me to take tylenol. I'm not an idiot, I came to the emergency clinic precisely because I did just that and there was no signs of improvement to my health. Probably the worst experience with a health center I've had ever.

Essentially useless if you have any medical issues. They are more likely to do nothing and avoid accountability than actually help anyone. Staff was rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. 
Overall, one of the worst experiences with a clinic I have ever had. Funding should be revoked and it is disgraceful to think tuition dollars pay for such horrid service.

All around great service. I really liked my doctor when I was in third year. I've also had two different counsellors, both phenomenal people :)

In the field of public healthcare, I have never seen such low standard and disrespectful level of care. I just came back from my appointment after waiting for over an hour and after realizing that they had misplaced my file. After I raised my voice about how I waited for so long and no one has called me they found out they had misplaced my file and didn’t even acknowledge this mistake by apologizing. Very bad service and students should not go there at any cost. One star is too much for these insensitive and unprofessional people!! 
They are a disgrace to healthcare

I showed up early to avoid a long wait yet I waited from 8:30 to 1:00 for a 5 minute assessment/antibiotic prescription.  I also had an underwhelming experience with counselling where staff members were dismissive and flippant about my issues/concerns.
