Looking for a new doctor now. I am hoping to go back to my old doctor. I will jist have to take that hour commute on Septa. You can never get through and your always sent to voice mail. Went there once, Dr put in wrong prescription, so I had to cancel the prescription and call them back. They never put in for my medical records to come in. They give you the run around when you want to talk to someone. So your sent to a full voice mail box. I'm done.

Omg i regret knowing this trashy place. Very nasty customer service, your need to organize your customers. They hardly answer phone and when they answer, they be very rude .. Ass trashy mf

They are so unprofessional in there it makes no sense! They only good for the same day appt. But you gotta make sure you call at 8 and don't hang up to get an appointment.
