Great way place. I love the nurse practitioner I work with. Mrs. Sherry is the best. The whole practice is worth going to. Short wait times, easy scheduling, and everyone is super friendly and helpful! I would recommend Dr. Richard Wrights office to anyone that needs a good doctor.

My wife and I had been using HCI Lake City for over five years.  The receptionists were polite and efficient, wait times were minimum.  Kyle Wright, PA was always professional, taking time to listen, and we were very happy with the care provided.  However,  we were shocked last week to receive a certified letter stating that HCI was terminating our patient relationship.   They gave no reason for this action.  We called to get an explaination, but they would not tell us and wouldn't return our call.  Totally disappointed.

I recently went back to Dr. Wright's office, after experiencing terrible leg pain. I had read the negative re-views from here and thought noway...his office staff and co-workers were great. And we are trying to get to the root of my problem. I have complete confidence in this practice. Give them a chance.
