great dr if you can ever get in because half the time their phones are not working. they ring an ring no one answers.

You would think with all the bad reviews with the same issue this establishment would do something different. I moved to the area and expected to wait a while to establish with a new doctor so 2 months out I did see Dr. Malone I really liked her however the 3 hours I spent in office for first visit was crazy. I was hoping that it was just due to them switching over to a Health First Facility. Since then I have called twice trying to get in to see her and each time it is 3 to 4 weeks away. They say they often have same day appointments well that is on a walk in basis and worse wait than going to an ER. Today I called again and told them they can forget it I will be looking or somewhere else since the first available appointment for her was again 4 weeks out. STOP ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.

Great doctors and staff. Always there for you.

The wait was long, but they took me as a walk-in, so no complaints. The staff was all very nice and seemed to know what they were doing.
