Waited an hour before being brought back to an exam room and then another 25 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the provider. Nobody ever acknowledged how long I had been waiting or gave me any kind of assurance that they were doing there best to get me seen. I came 5 minutes before they opened hoping they wouldn't have had time to get backed up. No luck. I will not be coming back here.

Sometimes the line is long, but it IS first come, first serve. And it IS way cheaper than going to express care or your regular clinic. I appreciate an option to pay for service at time of service and get a substantial discount. Last appointment is at 6:30p as they CLOSE at 7.

There are racist, I went there today and the woman of the reception didn"t want to attend me, only she said" go to another place, ' They not like the latin people. I saw the expresión in her face And the another woman,who was behind her,,

You make people wait in line for 45 minutes just to find out it will be a 2 1/2 hour wait. Get a sign or at the very least communicate to people what is going on so they can look for alternative care. Oh yeah I forgot it is a business and you want their money.

I walked in the health station with an ear infection at 6:55 as they close at 7:00. The two girls that worked there were leaning on the counter chatting. They told me they were closed. After I informed them that it was not yet 7:00, their response was "yeah, close enough, we're closed."
