Had some issues with my pharmacy getting my prescription.  I talked with Sandy from triage and she was an absolute gem.  Empathetic till the end.  I have had nothing but positive interactions with all the staff but Sandy stood out among them all.  She called me back and made sure my prescription was called in.  Sandy, you are amazing!

The environment is very dirty. Wait times are over an hour... on a good day. The workers are very rude. Especially at the front desk. Some consideration/patience should be taken for people of different ethnicities. I understand that most people, like me, who come here are on governmental assistance and “you get what you pay for,” but treat your patients with some respect. HealthCARE is healthcare. Point. Blank. Period.

I have been coming here for many years, the front desk staff is very unfriendly and seem like they hate their job. I came in a few weekends ago for a physical and the front desk receptionist was so disrespectful and basically rushed me out and told me the dr couldnt take anymore patients when I had already spoke to someone on the phone and told me it was ok to come in. The only reason I continued to come was for Dr. Anna Geiman, she was the only dr who seemed to care and actually explain everything. Now that she is no longer there, I will not be returning.

I don't know who got paid to write good reviews, but this place sucks. Rude, un-caring, condescending bunch. Everyone who comes there is not out to use or screw the system, just people man, trying to get the medical attention they need!!!! Yeah, coming in for dental, no problem. But the rest, forget it, they don't even rate one star...ha!!! what a joke on the under-privelged!!!!!!!! Oh, it wouldn't post til I gave them a star!!!!

This place sucks very rude and takes hours. There excuse is they are always running behind. The only two good ones in that place were Dr. Lowe and Amanda Dalhover who left because that place is just nasty and they are very disrespectful especially the new obgyn they have. Never have felt so mistreated in my whole life....
