We have been a customer of Medicap for about 3 years now. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They remember us by name. When we pull up, they grab our prescriptions before even having to ask for them or tell them our name.  They have a long time customer with our family!  :) I have even sent other friends and family to them as well and they are now life time customers too! :)

I have been a customer at Medicap in Garner many years and have always sent my prescriptions there. Today I sent my son to inquire about a gauze dressing - my younger son had an inline skating accident, stitches, shots the whole nine yards, and I needed a particular gauze that would not inflame the open wound. They gave my son the wrong type of product, one I could not use as a dressing, though he brought a sample and the worker said it was the same as the sample. When he went back to exchange it they would not give me a refund on the open product. I had to get on my son's phone and insist that it was their fault hence the return, and they grudgingly said they would give me a refund, but only this time (even though it was their error???). In front of my son the manager slammed my son's cell phone down, made an annoyed gesture and acted angry. So, because they do not know their products and misinform customers I'm the unreasonable one. The whole experience was ridiculous, particularly in light of what we are going through and the importance of getting the correct product for an injury. Bad service, zero compassion, little patience with customers, don't know their own stock...too bad they lost a long-time customer over a stupid $3.50 gauze product! Ps. We ended up going to Wal-mart and we got the right product - there, the worker was kind and compassionate and found what we needed right away, said we could return if any issues.
