I spent 5 days living bedside next to my dad in this facility and I can definitely attest to the professional, caring and friendly environment here. Their system of care is meticulous and you receive a team of doctors, therapist and more to make sure your stay is comfortable and aimed at getting you home stronger and more independent. And Medicare covered all expenses. Thank goodness this facility was available to help get father back on his feet.

My dad was 10 days in Health South Rehabilitation Hospital and all I have to say is thank you. I want to thank Eddy the physical therapist for being so professional and an exellent human being, very patient and understanding. I also want to say congratulate the chef and the kitchen team, I really appreciate their love and effort they put when they present the meal to the patients. My dad was on a pure diet and the food was incredibly good and well presented, it really invited you to eat. I wanted to thank Giselle the Case Manager for always being on top of everything and meet all my dad's needs. My dad was very fortunate to be in such a great acute rehabilitation hospital.

They don't have many patience at this time so their care is sub par to none when she gets a chance to go to physical therapy those guys do a good job everything else Makes you Sick to your stomach They have a speech therapist that tells you if you can eat food or can has to be puree by swallowing a dry crackerEmpty than understand the speech therapist because he stuttersWe have nurses that are lost medications not giving at the same time daily it is given wheneverBeen here before I'd like to get out now while my mother still alive

My dad had to stay here for about 2 weeks after being in the hospital for 1 and a half. He lost the ability to hold himself up while walking. I have to say I was very hesitant and afraid for him to go to a rehab because of the bad reputation they all have. I was pleasantly surprised with HealthSouth, the staff from the main entrance greeter to the nurses were all so warm and nice. They made my dads stay there very comfortable and he left being able to walk again and hold himself up. They do have to share a room with another patient but its a small price to pay for having good staff, clean facility and good service. If you have to choose somewhere this has my highest recommendation.

The worst hospital I have ever seen, the service it’s horrible they treat patients like they doing them a favor to have them there, my mother spent 5 days in this rehabilitation center the worst I ever seen.
