This was my first spa experience and I am pleased that Healthy Winds broke me in. Staff is incredibly friendly, the facilities are very clean. Showers and steam room work excellent. They offer a great selection of teas after your spa service.  Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

I had a very relaxing retreat with my husband as our wedding anniversary celebration. The staff are friendly and the ambience of the place is very calming. The change rooms are well equipped with showers, lockers, hair dryers and steam room.

We both had a facial and registered massage therapy (RMT) and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The aesthetician performing my facial assessed my skin before starting the facial so that the appropriate products could be used. She even gave me tips for regular maintenance. As I'm 32 weeks pregnant, she also took extra effort to help me adjust the bed and provided pillows to make sure I was comfortable. 

The RMT was also excellent and she worked on all these knots on my tense neck, shoulders and back. 

I find prices to be reasonable as well. I'd definitely recommend this place for some prenatal massage and pampering.

I just got back from having a massage. The spa is beautiful (when inside you feel like you are miles away from the city) the staff are all friendly and helpful and the massage was the best! Definitely going back.
