I have been seeing Dr. John Dawson since being "orphaned" by my previous GP years ago. Best thing that ever happened to me. No time to suffer from "white coat or lab coat" syndrome.... appointment happens too soon. Front desk friendly, polite and even fun ladies! Can't recall waiting more than 5 minutes ... ever. Dr. Dawson... well... professional all the way and never, ever talks down to me... I always go away understanding what he has told me.... even with a few giggles... It's good to know that your doctor knows what he is talking about.... it's also important that YOU know what your doctor is talking about... never in the dark with Dr. Dawson.... and a twinkling personality on top of that... Thanks Doc..... keep up your good.... no, excellent work.

I have been a patient at Healthwise family practice from the beginning. Over this past year I have visited the practice (Doctor Bennie) many times and every time I have been more than satisfied with the treatment that I receive and the friendly yet professional greeting that I receive from the front desk ladies! I have hardly ever been kept waiting for appointments, on the odd occasion that there has been a slight delay there is always a good assortment of reading matter to pass the time. I have only met Doctor Lize (Doctor Bennie's wife) on a couple of occasions and just like Doctor Bennie she comes across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Being one of a family of six I feel it is important to have a good family doctor and the day I found Healthwise Family practice I was able to check that off my list!

Wonderful people and you really fell like your looked after. Been a patient of Doctor Ben for just over two years now and feel very lucky to have him as my doctor. Keep up the great work and a full 5 stars to the front end staff !! Thank you... Jay Leckie
