This is one of those ironic cases where even it's the sales team coming on too strong that drives business away.

At Healthy Smiles Dental Office, you're not a patient... you're a customer.  I went there to try them out with for a cleaning.  My experience was actually pretty good.  Comfortable.  They even have Netflix that you can watch while they're working!  Very cool!  So far so good!  Once it was time to get the diagnosis on my oral healthy... they suggested deep cleaning and what not... I just wasn't sure if I trusted them or not.  Maybe... but it was my first time, so I hadn't built trust with them yet.  

Then came the killer... their sales person.  They went right in trying to sell us on payment plans and credit cards and all sorts of stuff.  I didn't even KNOW them yet!  I didn't know if I'd like work done here or not yet.  

Then it got worse...  Phone Calls... Emails... Letters... Texts!!!!  I don't think I would have been too surprised to have seen a Singing Gorilla ring my tell tooting about healthy Smiles.  I asked SEVERAL times for them to stop calling and to stop texting... and even unsubscribed from their email.  When over the course of a year, the intense pushing has gone down a hair... I STILL get texts and postcards every now and then.

If they would have been friendlier in the sale department and made me feel like a patient rather than a customer and let me make my own decisions (and saved a few hundred trees, phone minutes, text time and storage space) I might have come back.  The care (small sample size it may have been) seemed pretty good.

I just became a new patient after my former dentist had a 2 month wait for a cleaning. Got an appointment the next day after my initial call for cleaning and examination. Nice and convenient location. Felt welcomed, very well taken care off, most thoroughly examined,  and professionally treated. Appreciated that there was no overselling of treatments and devices I don't need or want. Will go back next week for a few fillings. So far highly recommended. No reason to believe that this will change.

Dr. Parisa is great! She is so concerned with you and I just had a cleaning. Definitely will be coming back.

I'm so excited to have found a dentist that really cares about her patients. Dr. E has done a great job taking care of my cavities and teaching me what I can do better to avoid them. She and her staff have gone so far out of their way to keep me comfortable that it really feels like I've stumbled onto a small dentistry family. Thank you all so much!
