When we visited the clinic the office staff was very rude. No eye contact very short when requesting co payment. Also they didn't bill the secondary insurance, so I paid $80 more than needed and when I called the billing office, I was told they will not send a refund I need to call in 4 weeks to make sure I get my money back. I called and they billed the insurance incorrectly and I would not be getting a refund. What don't like what the insurance company pays, so they screw the patient and possible fraud!?!? Dr. Was nice, but will not return, would rather go to the emergency room.

I went there this morning and the staff was fast efficient they gave me a chest X-ray, breathing treatment, diagnosed, and released in 30-45 minutes. Very happy that they got me in and out. There was one person ahead of me and they got her out fast also.

I had an overall great experience. Provider Tamara was very personable, helpful and kind. I had a really great experience with the staff. Amanda P, Jessica C, Emily, and Ben. I hope I don't need to go to urgent care again, but if I do, there's no reason for me to go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and respectful, also personable! That's important in health care.

My wife and I went in with the flu. We were treated so poorly, it was just sad. My wife said she felt like she was going to throw up and the girl just walked out of the room. My wife hurled in the trash can and that same girl came back in the room and yelled at us and shoved a puke pan at my wife.  The called in a script for Tamaflu for us to the wrong pharmacy, even after I said 4 times Walgreens, Pontiac Trail in South Lyon. Sick as a dog and not wanting to spread my germs, I went to the pharmacy only to be told NO PRESCRIPTION. It took an act of congress to get the script sent to the right place. 5 hours later....I got the script but in the meantime I contaminated people in the store waiting for my prescription.  NEVER AGAIN WILL I GOT TO THIS PLACE....
