Great company to work with!! Customer service is phenomenal!!

Budget billing is not budget worthy! Over the last few years my bill has went from 200 to almost 500 every month! It is getting outrageous and plan on selling our house since the electric is getting unaffordable.

I've been a Heartland customer for about 35 years.  I've always found the Staff and field employees to be friendly,  professional, and extremely competent and capable.

They help with my dad's security and electric. Great people!

The service from the main office was terrible - no people skills.  Some of these people forget that the services we pay for pays their salaries.

Very rude people they don't care about their customers and charge way too much

Getting new service working with Justin has been good

1200 dollars to get power going.
