This is the best vet around. I have a very anxious dog that has a very hard time at the vets, but when i go their Dr. Nicole Denouden make it a pleasant visit for Zoe(my dog). I have followed Nicole from Main West in Welland because of the care and compassion she has for animals. Even the care team and other Doctors at the clinic have been great with Zoe.

Amazing !! I wouldn't go anywhere else... Very patient and attentive towards animals... always giving great advice & making sure your animal gets the proper care they need... Great  staff they are very friendly and the vet doctor's are terrific  !!! Rated 5 stars

We have had dogs in our lives for over 30 years.  We always went to the same one. We have just rescued a new dog and decided that it was time for a change. Several of my family members are currently going to Heartland and now so are we. We are extremely happy with our new Vet and are looking forward to a long future with them. Our pets are not just a  animal they are family and we treat them the same way.

Obviously they have lots of family to rate them
Do not go there!!!!always looking to have you pay for stuff for your pet you most likely  don't need! The most loved pet plan so they say unlimited free visits!! yeah right second you go in with a minor concern they make sure you are paying at least $200 
Freaking Joke! I did some calling around in the area inquiring about treatment and Heartland is at least 75% higher then the rest! Stay away pick another vet!

My dog is 5 now and I have gone here for at least 3 years. They care!

Nice people who really love animals.
