We recently hired Heartland Roofing, Siding and Windows to replace our roof and some siding due to hail damage.  They were very prompt and quickly finished the job.  The quality of the workmanship, courteousness of crew members and everyone we dealt with was outstanding.  They answered all of our questions and provided us with all information for this to be an enjoyable process.  We would highly recommend them to others.  The crew left our yard in excellent condition removing all debris.  Thanks especially to Adam and Matt, they were wonderful to deal with during the entire process.  Any insurance questions, etc., that arose were handled by Heartland the the insurance company--we didn't have to do a thing!  Very impressed.

Excellent Customer Service!!

We needed a total roof replacement due to hail damage. I initially called a different roofing company who I heard advertised on the radio, as I had no idea who to call. What a mistake! Their communication with me was poor. They confirmed we needed a new roof but my insurance company needed pictures for verification and this “other” company never called me back. Even after I followed up TWICE with them. No follow through at all.

Frustrated, I called Adam at Heartland Roofing after seeing their sign in the neighborhood. Sooooo glad I did! He not only returned my call promptly but he came to our house the SAME day and took all pictures my insurance company required. He also explained the entire insurance process and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He even returned my call once while he was on vacation!  

He walked us through every step of the way, was very kind, professional, and easy to work with. He handled the communication with my insurance company which made things super easy for me! 

We received EXCELLENT customer service from Adam and I would call him again without question!   Our new roof looks great and so far we have had no issues.

Our overall experience was great. Adam was amazing and took care of the one concern we had quickly. They were able to get our roof done for us while we were out of town. Adam was super accommodating . Overall if we had to do this again we would call Adam and his team for assistance.
