The service has gone downhill.!! Called and placed an order and called to check on it..waited over 15 minutes on hold and finally gave up..called back and was told " ok,hold on"...You put me hold again..??!! NO more orders from me..

If I could give them 10 stars I would!  I placed an order online rather late in the day for my Grandmother's birthday on 2/16 and really wanted them to be delivered the same day.  It was too late to choose same day delivery online, so I went ahead and placed the order and then called the shop. 
They were more than accommodating.  They even offered to deliver the flowers after shop hours on their way home.  How sweet is that? 

I chose spring bulbs that weren't available in February in Michigan...oops.  I told them she loves roses and that I wanted it to be bright and cheerful, and that I would trust their judgement.  I'm so glad I did!  My Grandmother and my Aunt could not stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were.  I will definitely use them again and have absolutely no reservations whatsoever recommending them to anyone who needs to order flowers in the Dexter area.  Excellent experience!  Thank you so much!

Have a standing order for fresh arrangements with Hearts and Flowers.  The arrangements are always beautiful and the customer service is great.
