Beth Heaton is very rude and does not appreciate her own clients. She doesn't want to help when you have a question. She actually told me she did not have "time" for my questions and made reference to doing our amended return at no charge when it was HER ERROR. So do not use BETH HEATON

I am the 2nd generation in my family to get taxes done by the Heatons. They are always timely, helpful, and flexible.  I drive all the way out there from Portland - they're that good!
