Rich Palermo is so nice & knowledgeable. He did a great job in our in-laws. He responded to my emails/calls in a timely manner, was open to accommodate my schedule and was very professional.  There were a few tiny marks that were still there left behind but compared to how it was, he did an overall great job. I would definitely use him again.
