We had never had our carpets cleaned in the past and they were installed more than a decade ago so I did not know how much a carpet cleaning service could do at this point to clean and restore our carpets, particularly the beige and white one in our bedroom which had a lot of wear and soiling in the high traffic areas of the room. I made an appointment with Marc at Heaven's Best. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and personable and also honest about managing expectations on how much he could do to rejuvenate the carpet in our bedroom. The work overall was outstanding. The dark blue carpets in our hall, steps and upstairs bedrooms came out great and the outcome in our bedroom actually exceeded expectations as Marc was able to restore the color of the rug to it's original color. Marc's prep vacuuming, dying of discolored spots on the blue carpets was very thorough and the work and outcome was first rate. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and relieved that we now had a few more years before we might have to replace the carpet in our bedroom with new carpet or new hardwood floors. The cost for four bedrooms, a stairway and upstairs hall was very reasonable, particularly when you factor that Marc was there close to three hours. I would recommend Marc and his service without reservation.
Thank you to Marc from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning for getting my carpets to look and smell new again. I tried using my own home carpet shampooer but it didn't even come close to the results Marc was able to give me!! Because of his reasonable prices and flexibility with appointment times, from now on, I will be calling Marc from Heaven's Best to clean all my carpets!! PS, Marc if you are reading this, I need to make an appointment for you to clean my sofa upholstery as well...my friend told me you did an amazing job on hers.
I used Marc at Heaven's Best at my home and at an investment property. He cleaned my grout in my kitchen and a rug at my apartment. Marc was very professional and he did an excellent job. My grout looked brand new and the carpet cleaning allowed me to get several more years out the carpet. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for this service.
Marc Manfre at Heaven's Best is the ultimate professional. We have been using his services over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Marc is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My carpets have never looked better! Highly recommend!!
