Didn't have any cakes with whipped cream frosting available for sale when we were there in the afternoon. We had to order one, which took 48 hours. Spent over $50 and would have purchased all cake items with whipped cream frosting if made available at the time. Quality of all purchases was excellent.

We ordered a baby shower cake for our daughter's party.  The first person I spoke with took all the information for my order.  She said someone would need to call me back with a price.  I also asked what sizes the individual cakes were and she did not know.  The next day someone called me to verify my order.  She also gave me a price of $122.42 for my "baby block cakes" and 12 white cupcakes.  I originally wanted three of the baby blocks in yellow cake and one chocolate.  I was informed that I could not mix my cake doughs so I choose to order all yellow.  We picked up the cakes/cupcakes on Saturday, September 16, and took them to the restaurant for the shower.  When we cut the cake, the first block was yellow, but the next block was chocolate.  I was excited that I got what I originally order (but was never informed of the change).  I cut into the third block and it was yellow dough.  However, when I cut into the fourth block it was chocolate.  Some of our guests were unhappy since it was to be yellow (some guests did not get a piece of cake since they did not want chocolate hence why I only wanted to order one chocolate block). I actually had the last chocolate block that was never cut into.  I called Heaven Scent on Monday and was told to call back on Tuesday to talk with the owner.  I called Tuesday and was told they were not available.  The lady asked for my number and what was the problem. I gave her all this information.  We have another shower planned for September 30 and need a cake but will not be ordering it from Heaven Scent.

There is almost too much to choose from, but I had a delicious cranberry pecan muffin and rich hot chocolate. Their Halloween cake pops looked very tempting, too.

Pastries are getting very small.  They cut way down on fillings in donuts and pastries.   Way too many cutbacks.   They've lost two very faithful long-term customers.
