Fluffy pancakes! I'm from out of town and wanted breakfast from a local place, not a national chain. Was very happy here, and I loved the pancakes. It's cozy and friendly. Has a Pennsylvania diner feel though not open 24 hours and no diner counter. An L.A. original.

Food was really good. Chorizo was not greasy. lots of avocado on the plates. Would absolutely return. Loses one half of a point for the Inexperienced waitstaff. I had a piece of bacon in my hand had taken one bite. Waitress dropped my plate in front of me. I placed the bacon on the plate. She then decided it was the wrong ate so picked up the plate and exchanged it for the correct one. Nice, except my half eaten bacon had just touched someone else's plate. Maybe my nurse germ sense is strong but that is gross. Everyone was polite friendly and great. There was a wait at 11 am on a friday morning but it only took a few minutes and was woth the wait.

Meh...average kind of place. I thought the pancakes would be much better but they have the same doughy, stick to your throat kind of texture. If you like Denny's or IHOP you will like this place. So far topping my list of breakfast places is a small family owned place in Shadow hills called Rise n Shine. Breakfast is good there but a little more $, but u definitely get what you paid for. The coffee is good, real butter and thick bacon. Pancakes are perfect and the home made salsa is tasty.

This restaurant is hole in the wall of San Fernando. Family environment their food is excellent and the most important they provide such a great costumer service. Very attentive, respectful and fast service.
