When I moved my mom in with me I needed a lot of work done on her property to make it ready to rent. Dennis was highly recommended to me by a friend. It addition to a new roof I also needed a fence lots of rotted wood replaced on eaves, trim and siding. The exterior and interior needed painting. Dennis gave me a great quote and completed the work quickly. Dennis worked hard with my mom's insurance adjuster to get me all that was entitled to her paid; this was no easy task either as the adjust from a (top company) was so overwhelmed due to the resent hail storms he didn't even remember what city he was in when he came. Dennis and his crew did excellent work and by the time he was done I was sad to see him leave. I consider Dennis a honest, hardworking family man, and Friend. He'll be my contractor for life. I'm hoping to have him do a gazebo for my home soon. If you have any repairs or updates call Dennis, you'll be glad you did.

Dennis and his team assisted us with significant interior and exterior repairs due to damage from a major hailstorm. This included full roof replacement down to the sheeting. His recommendations for gutter and tile colors were spot on. We loved the fact that Dennis was personally involved during the entire process. His experience and patience in negotiating with the insurance company was particularly helpful. Dennis completed all our repairs on time and on budget! He is honest, does quality work, cleans up the work area and is easy to work with! We definitely recommend Dennis and his team.

Dennis Kirkpatrick and his crew were awesome! The bid was beyond reasonable, the work was completed in a timely manner, and Dennis himself went above and beyond when I needed additional paperwork after the job was completed. I cannot recommend HeavenSent highly enough.

Declined my job once I asked for him to provide proof of insurance and a list of subcontractors he would be using. If you use him make sure to ask the questions, as his contract limits your legal recourse in case of disputes.

I can't say enough positive things about the job HeavenSent Exterior Solutions did on my house & how pleased I am with the results! They recently replaced my roof, repaired damaged siding, replaced all gutters with seamless gutters with leaf screens & painted my entire house & it ALL looks awesome! These repairs were necessary after the 12/26/15 tornado that hit Rowlett. Dennis could not be easier to work with....he's honest & fair. He did such great work on the repairs I needed I went ahead & had him tear down my rotting old wooden pergola & replace it with a new tin roof patio cover. I've really enjoyed sitting out listening to the rain hit that tin roof! If you want a job done right & want to be treated fairly, call Dennis & HeavenSent Exterior Solutions....you'll be glad you did. I know I was & I will call Dennis for ANY future home repair needs I may have!!!
