We bought a couch about two years ago and its just my husband and I..The cushions are all smashed down and the material is balling up and it looks really worn..Feel it was way over priced and I am very disappointed..I haven't called them because I know they will say OH WELL live with it..So that's what we have to do..

We looked and looked store after store.  Then we were at a warehouse and a nice salesman said.  You need to go to Hectors in Whittier.  They offer the quality and the customer service you are looking for.  We love our set with the hutch.  Have had so many compliments.  Now we are looking for a counter top for our kitchen.
