I worked with Mike Kenny on a commercial policy, his customer service is out standing. Emailed questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he answered all phone calls. He really knew the ins and outs of what types of coverage my business would need to keep me protected god forbid something ever happened, and really went in depth to make sure I understood what the coverages I needed were for.

I'm an attorney working on a condominium sale in a building that that Heil Heil Smart & Golee manages.  I ran into a problem at the end of the day before the closing the next morning at 9:00 a.m.  The property manager was on vacation, but one of the folks at HH&G (Sofia) jumped on the problem and help me get it solved very quickly.  I really appreciate the extra effort that went into quickly solving the problem.

These people are the worst! I havent even moved into my condo yet and they have proven severe incompetence. I have proof that the woman responsible for getting the paperwork together for my purchase was researching something in August but on the day I was supposed to close (October 31st) she hadn't gotten her crap together and then went on vacation the next day. Well it's been one week and one day and I still don't know when I can close. How wonderful for her that she can have a job where she can do whatever she wants when ever she wants with no regard to my life and living situation and all the inconvenience and aggravation she has caused to me.

They don't respond to emails or calls, display zero compassion and concern for their clients.
