Exactly what I had hoped for! At 64, my teeth shifted considerably and my bite was way off. In one year Dr. Heinemann and his amazing staff put my teeth back in place and have restored my beautiful smile!  Though any of the tech assistants is able to work with a patient, typically, I was scheduled to work with  Dawn. I liked the consistency of the same caregiver team. She and Dr. Heinemann are amazing and knowledgeable with spot-on problem-solving abilities that individualized my treatment plan.  As a senior citizen, they made me feel comfortable choosing orthodontics and respected my "special" needs.

We have just started Ortho. work a few months ago, but my daughter has had a good experience in the office each time we have been in. The staff is very nice, and Dr Heinemann is energetic, knowledgeable and nice. We look forward to continuing there.

Mt son loves dentist  & orthodontist because of him & his staff. Very helpful, make sure both patients & parents are comfortable with thy process and help get the most out of insurance.  Takes payments with down payments.

Not only did Dr. Heinemann take good care of my Daughters' teeth, his office made my 8 and 9 year old daughters look forward to visits, despite the temporary pain of adjustments.  He also was quite helpful when I had to move to Seattle, providing support for transferring my daugher's braces to another Orthodontist rather than having to remove the first set while the job was only half done, then get a new set of braces at the new dentist.
