Quality variety creative service- driven operation doesn't get any better than this folks we are so fortunate to have Heinens in our neighborhood this is a well run store-a well oiled machine always a pleasure to shop here   Can you tell I am a huge fan and satisfied customer?

Love the customer service! I can ask anyone a question. Employees on the floor always greet and ask if I need help. I feel bad taking them away from their job. I want them to point me in the right direction but they insist on making sure I find what is needed.

Heinens has had some dramatic changes over the past several years and unfortunately is not "my Heinens" anymore.  I still shop there but only to have my groceries loaded in my car, as I have chronic pain and an unable to do this independently.  Yes Heinens has Instacart delivery, but no, Heinens does not deliver to my neighborhood.  Products have moved to new locations almost every time I shop.  Items I normally buy have been discontinued.  Customer service has dropped off a bit.  Today I attempted to by lobster tails which were advertised at a sale price.  Heinens were out of the product and a rain check was refused.  I wish consistency and improved customer service would return.

I find that the hardest things is getting produce. Is there a range that customers set for us? I had to get 1lb of red seedless grapes and I had to get a bag created. All the bags I had to choose from were at least 2lbs. I don't think the customer knows how difficult picking out produce actually is.

Great place! Wide selection of many types of groceries. Staff very cordial and helpful. I have found that their produce lasts longer than anywhere else!
